Welcome to our web site!!

Over the years we accumulate a lot of stuff - most of it junk, but some of it useful to someone, somewhere. The web is a great tool for making obscure information available where-ever its needed. And sometimes out of the blue we get emails from people searching for arcane links from the past. So, for no better reason than the fact we have the resources to do it, you will find here an ever growing archive of information that you or someone else out there may or may not find useful. If it is relevant, or it leads to any further thoughts, feel free to contact us. (girvanp at yahoo.com)

A note of caution - just for the sake of learning how, we completely develop, manage and host this site ourselves. Despite the fact we actually have some pretty neat equipment, nothing on here ranks in the "vital to national security" category. So if occasionally we are off the air, we ask your patience, and please try us again in a little while.

I recently completed the Sommelier program at Algonquin College here in Ottawa, Canada. I have been asked on numerous occasions for copies of my papers. Click the bottle to access them.

Aviation has been a big part of my life. Between being a model builder, cadet gliding instructor, pioneer in the early aircraft preservation efforts in the 60s and 70s, a business pilot, and running air shows, there's a lot could go here, given time.

From time to time I'm contacted about the history of AB3 Racing - our Formula Ford and F3 team from the 60s and 70s. We're updating this site (AB3Racing.com) during early 2008 to include all the photo and results archive, and also a complete history of the winning Gurney Eagle F1 car we recovered and preserved during the eighties.
